Help: Rainmeter Skins • Implement a skin

Hello! I would appreciate help to implement a Mordasius Skin (I love his work!!!) This time it is a strange mix of Cogs Tubes and Gauges as a graphic base, with the functioning of the sun and the moon of Cogs Tubes and Gauges...
I would like the sun to continue rolling, but there is a problem, night and day never have the same hours. In principle, it has a 24h rotator but I would like it to be precise like [mSunPosition] but at night time, so that the small sun appears semi-occult in the same way that happens with the moon.
I need help to calculate that specific time, I have been trying different formulas for some time, but I think that the solution is not in anything that is already in the Skin.

The specific part of the code is:
It works more or less well once it exceeds 00 hours.
