Is this the correct way to set a Variable's value?
[!SetVariable Index "[m#CURRENTSECTION#Icon:Index]"]

EDIT: I found the Section Variables in the manual!
Is there any way of dynamically changing the Index of a FileName Measure on MouseOver/Leave?
