you've used IfEqualValue option, along with an IfAboveAction option. Usually these should be used in pairs: IfEqualValue with IfEqualAction and IfAboveValue with IfAboveAction. Even if not forbidden, this approach is at least weird. Check this please.
Good catch... I missed that.
In addition, and probably more importantly, the Formula=(MeasureSystemTimerOld<>MeasureSystemTimerCurr) is not correct either. Formulas are not about getting to "true" or "false", but rather a numeric value.
While I understand what you are saying, from a programmers standpoint I completely disagree. If equals works OK you would assume not equals is valid as a matter of principle. Technically speaking I was OK with a numerical value. I wanted a 1 if they were not equal :Whistle

I very much appreciate the feedback though on both counts. I am sure I can fix it with the guidance provided... thanks!
